GOP Convention And American Politics

The GOP Convention is underway after a delay and I want to know one thing. Are Political conventions really necessary in our country anymore. The GOP convention will be filled with speakers telling people who are already going to vote party lines what a wonderful job they will when elected President . The Dems did it and now the GOP Convention will be filled with the same. I suppose many have a chance to continue the smear job of Sarah Palin, but even that is getting old already.
How would you like to be Hillary Clinton these days? Shunned by her own liberal comrades and having Sarah Palin photos and videos plastered all over the media. I cant help but think , she is thinking , That could have been me.
The GOP Convention will close and John McCain will be the decisve winner. See I told ya , we dont need The GOP Convention for that , but then I guess that is American Politics. For those who dont know GOP stands for Grand Old Party …knuckleheads
